Baked Tempeh

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces tempeh
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Directions

    1. Cut the tempeh into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
    2. Brush with oil oil and sprinkle with salt.
    3. Bake at 400 degrees until somewhat crispy and lightly browned.
